What is Gastklar?
Gastklar is hotel software for owner-run hotels and guesthouses: a hotel website, booking system, online payments and a channel manager in one cockpit.
Is Gastklar a plugin for my existing website?
No. Gastklar is a new website that we create with you and connect with direct booking, online payments, and suitable booking portals.
What happens to my existing website or domain?
Your domain remains with you. We review the starting point together and clarify how to handle the switch cleanly.
Does Gastklar work with Booking.com or Expedia?
Gastklar supports synchronization with booking portals such as Booking.com or Expedia. We review together during onboarding which connections make sense and are possible for your business.
How do online payments work?
Payments run through the European provider Mollie, and we set up the account together with you. The money goes straight to your account; Gastklar does not take or hold any money. Mollie charges its own fee per payment, depending on the payment method.

The 30 days start when you sign up for the subscription, the first step of the setup. Nothing is charged during this time, and if you cancel beforehand there are no costs. After that, Gastklar continues at the monthly price and remains cancellable monthly.
Does the price apply to every property?
Yes, the price applies per property. For very large properties or several properties, we are happy to talk about a suitable offer.
Is Gastklar available outside Germany?
Please get in touch with us, and we’ll look at your property together.
What happens if I cancel?
Gastklar can be cancelled monthly. Your domain remains with you. How your website, data, and ongoing bookings are handled is set out transparently in the contract, and we discuss it with you beforehand.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up with you and remain available afterwards.
